Gosch tried to get our plastic damage on our transit fixed via Ford warranty. Ford declined the repair and rather than gosch stepping up and fixing what needs to be fixed, they (Danny) stopped respondin fixed via Ford warranty. I wanted gosch to get this fixed and for doing so we would be purchasing 5-10 transit vans next year. Unless this gets fixed, we will be purchasing our vehicles from a different dealer. Upper management, give me a call to sort this out. It’s in your best interest and we can really make something great come out of this. More
