My sales representative Carlos was awesome and got us a good deal on my used Raptor. The price negotiations with the sales managers was not the greatest because in 18 days they changed the advertised price good deal on my used Raptor. We eventually settled at 73,500 the next day. After I had walked away from the deal. Overall the dealership was better than Encinitas and Carlsbad for sure. More

The worst service I have ever experienced. The service we brought the car in for wasn’t even done. We had to bring it in several weeks later and pay for a rental car….again. And I don’t think the service was brought the car in for wasn’t even done. We had to bring it in several weeks later and pay for a rental car….again. And I don’t think the service was done this time either as we did not receive any report at time of pick up. The receipt said it was done, but it also said there was a complimentary car wash and that wasn’t done either. They charged us for something when we had a warranty that we paid for at the time of purchase. They are not to be trusted. More
