Even that it took forever to get a simple oil change done on the truck - at least they offered a ride home and back to the dealer. The customer experience is very good. Customer lounge is excellent! Shuttle by Lyft was fast and efficient. Negative things: I had requested a tire rotation, but it wasn't performed. I didn't notice that until I got home and reviewed the work order. The next day the tire Low Pressure Warning system went off. I checked the tire pressures when I got home and they were all underinflated (31 - 32 psi vs. 36 psi). I had requested a 4 wheel alignment, which was performed, but resulted in a slightly tilted steering wheel when driving straight ahead. I am disappointed with the attention to detail. More
