Very disappointed with my last service. My service included a full tire inspection. It was marked green. Five minutes out from leaving my tire indicator appeared on dashboard. I turned back around my included a full tire inspection. It was marked green. Five minutes out from leaving my tire indicator appeared on dashboard. I turned back around my service advisor was out but another advisor helped me and took my car back for inspection he told me they would check it out and let me know what happened. I went back to lounge to wait. I was already late for an important meeting at work. I waited at least 20 minutes without an update when I looked for persons taking care of my truck there was no one there. I waited another 10 to 15 minutes and found service manager Vince T. I told him what happened and he immediately adopted an attitude of this was my problem. He threw out that a nail could have gotten in the tire I said within 5 minutes I told him I had already been waiting for awhile and needed resolution quickly he just kept on doing something else and said he would take care me when he was done. I walked away and he then disappeared without giving me an update. I finally asked another advisor that I recognized Shannon Medina and she was of great help tracking down Vince. She said he was working on my truck. When he finally pulled up there was no apology and he blamed the leak on a stem valve. Again he made it seem like it was my problem and lack of maintenance. Come on my tires had just been given the green light. I would have gladly got this repaired had it been pointed out. More
