I came in to get my vermicelli serviced. The staff was very kind & prompt. My battery was fine but it lost its charge. It recharging, it would have been fine. Shop didn’t have any spare batteries to use to successfully pull the error code from my car. Therefore I had t recharging, it would have been fine. Shop didn’t have any spare batteries to use to successfully pull the error code from my car. Therefore I had to buy a $300-$400 battery just to let them pull the code . They ultimately realized a cable was unplugged so if they had a shop bat, could have kept my original and saved a ton of money. I sell industrial computers for a living and we keep spare power supplies in our shop so we can troubleshoot systems. It seems like a way to force-sell more product by the dealer and it’s not “delighting” the customer. More
