Mr. Tinsley, Its been almost a month since this began and you have known about it this whole time. Seeing as you are the management team you speak of I find very little hope that anybody will reach out to me from your dealership, I feel it is just paying lip service in order to look better at this time. Since you decided to go public in your reply please just remember it was your choice. Along with the other items that were left loose on my truck at the time of delivery back to me that I had to fix I wanted to let you know that the truck has been driven about 1700 miles and is now in the shop for a coolant leak around the radiator area, the same radiator your technician pulled in order to replace the belt. I have instructed the shop to make a detailed log and list of everything your tech had to remove in order to replace the belt and to check every nut and bolt for proper torque specs as they take it back apart looking for the leak. unfortunately the truck is too far away from you at this moment to have brought it back to you. As they video and log going back over your work I will be happy to send you the video of what the problem is, I'm sure you stand behind your work or maybe not, we will see. If by chance you do get in touch with me I will come back on this site and make it known that you did and what the results were. This site is the first place since you sent me the survey that I have commented on my experience and thought I would give your dealership a chance to try and make good before I proceed to other areas to rate you along with putting up the video from when I picked up the truck with all the immediate problems on youtube. I look forward to possibly hearing from you but I'm not holding my breath. Thank you.

To Update...Mr.Tinsley contacted me on 11/01/21. I was asked about the diagnosis of the coolant leak at the radiator area. At the time of his call I had not received diagnosis and asked if I could contact him when diagnosis was made and he agreed.

After a lengthy conversation with Mr.Tinsley the outcome was as I anticipated, he was poised in legal defense mode the whole conversation making it impossible for a mutually satisfactory outcome. After speaking with Mr.Tinsley I felt the same way I did when I initially left the dealership the day the truck was picked up after spending over $4000 with them, dismissed and that they didn't care. I truly believe had I not thrown them against the wall with my review after a month they would not have made contact about this situation at all. We are free as Americans to do business with any company we choose, my hope is that if you are thinking of doing business with this company you think long and hard before spending your hard earned money with them. Its my opinion they neither appreciate your business or care about you as a customer. At this point its water under the bridge and time to move on. Good luck and cheers.
