I bought a brand new vehicle from this dealership, and I’m already dealing with serious electrical issues, with no real support from their team after the sale. Mike was friendly when I signed the paperwork, but now that I need help, he’s rude, dismissive, and talks to me like I’m the problem. When I asked him to stop cutting me off during a phone call, he literally said, "Okay, talk! TALK!" as if he had a reason to be frustrated, when I’ve just been patiently waiting weeks for a follow up. To make things worse, the Jeep dealership closer to me discovered that Norco never disabled an aftermarket alarm system before giving me the keys something that should’ve been handled at delivery. Because of that, I’m now being told I have to pay out of pocket for the issue. When I asked Mike for help, he blamed the other dealership and told me to “Google the service number and call them.”When I asked if he can do me the favor of texting me the number, and he was like "Just look it up" No accountability. No solution. Just attitude. If you’re looking for a dealership that supports you after the sale, this isn’t it. More

I brought my truck in for a diagnostic after receiving some poor service from a non-dealership mechanic. I made an appointment and agreed with the service manager that it would be 2 to 4 hours of work for some poor service from a non-dealership mechanic. I made an appointment and agreed with the service manager that it would be 2 to 4 hours of work for the diagnostic to be performed. Two days later I called for an update and they hadn’t even looked at my car yet, it said that diagnostics take 3 to 5 days. When I asked why they hadn’t even started it yet I was informed that the way it works is a ticket is written and then assigned to a mechanic once they’re available. I asked if it was possible to make a service appointment where I bring the vehicle in the same day, it’s going to be looked at as leaving my car somewhere for 3 to 5 days isn’t exactly convenient especially when it’s only four hours of work needed but what I found ridiculous is that there was no way to bring my vehicle in when they were ready to look at it. I had to leave it there. This is horrible management of service. I understand it’s been done for certain way for a long time but that way he’s not great for customers let me tell you. I’ll be more than happy to remove the review if I can schedule a service appointment for a diagnostic and have it done the same day I’ll bring it in. More
The Service Department was excellent. David was a great help to us. We took our 2020 Dodge Ram 2500 in for 2 Recalls. They had this done for us in 2 hours. I was very pleased with the service department. They took my vehicle in promptly. They told me it may take 3 to 5 business days to begin a diagnostic evaluation on it which I thought was entirely t They took my vehicle in promptly. They told me it may take 3 to 5 business days to begin a diagnostic evaluation on it which I thought was entirely too long to be without my vehicle, but I could clearly see they were very busy with other vehicles in their service department which is a good sign. To my surprise, they called me the next day that my vehicle had been repaired and ready for pickup! It was all under warranty and cost my nothing! :) More
