I went to part store and ask the sales man if they have a Military discount and I received this respond " I know you volunteer to protect this country but does not entitled you to have discount" WHAT AN xxxxxx! Hey Buddy, without us who volunteered to protect this country then you will not have this freedom to go home safe everyday and spend your time with your Family! Catch A Car Salesperson and Manager! Our experience at this dealership was VERY POOR. Our sales person was nice, but it was obvious that he was new and using the tactics he had been train Our experience at this dealership was VERY POOR. Our sales person was nice, but it was obvious that he was new and using the tactics he had been trained with. It didn't work with us, and I think they still think that xx still works with everyone. After the test drive (funny how they always take you on the route THEY want. Shouldn't the customer choose since they're buying the vehicle?) is where it went down hill. Here is the list... 1. Adding false information to our credit application after it was signed. 2. Stating application approved with a certain percentage. Not true. 3. Ignoring our request for better price on the vehicle. 4. Sales manager solely focused on selling us a WARRANTY without disclosing price. 5. Submitting a deal to the banks without everyone agreeing on a price, etc. 6. No return phones calls as promised the next day from anyone at the dealership. 7. Being transferred and given the "runaround" several times when calling back the next day for additional information on our approved loans. Seems like this dealership has poor communication skills with the banks they deal with as well as their potential customers. As we see, car sales people and the dealerships have been and still are manipulative, dishonest, and false in their promises all in order to do one thing... SELL YOU THAT CAR! Most dealerships will apply these selling tactics harder and harder as the public gets more knowledgeable utilizing the internet and other outlets to purchase vehicles. It's not long before car salespersons and managers go the way of the disappearing bank tellers, cashiers, and commissioned retail employees. More
Mike from Service is a fraud and a liar. Mike the Service Manager is unprofessional and rude. He treats customers with service concerns like children. If you find him in the wrong, he will lie and manipulate vehicles to make himself right. He has no remorse for his actions and will lie to his superiors to make the customer out to be a joke. Been to dealerships for service many times, first time at this location and will never be back and will tell everyone about my interactions with Mike. Even his service porter had to apologize for his complete disregard for the truth. When employees are apologizing for you actions, this is a sign that there is an issue that needs to be dealt with, not pushed aside. More
I gave you a chance Paul Olsen Browning Jeep Norco Ca First off, they said over the phone they had the jeep we were looking for and then sent us out with a high school student that could not tell the diff First off, they said over the phone they had the jeep we were looking for and then sent us out with a high school student that could not tell the difference between the wangler and a honda. Next, they told us to wait "a little bit" and they would have the jeep we were looking for. 4 painful and eerily quiet hours later when we asked if it was ok to leave and get some food, they informed us that we would "lose our place in line" and be forced to stay longer if we did. 2 more hours later, we were informed that we would get our plates in the mail...6 months and 4 nice phone calls later I was pulled over by the CHP and informed that Mr Paul Olsen of the Norco California Browning Jeep dealership lied to me and the temporary tags had expired. 1 ticket later, I was furious and called the dealership to speak with anyone. Big spoiler alert... Browning Jeep in Norco California and his Royal Duchess Mr Paul Olsen was much too busy to take a call from a lowly Jeep owner. 5 more angry phone calls later...Mr Paul Olsen finally steps out from behind his secretary to tell me that he doesn't talk to customers who are upset and demanding answers for his gross incompetence and neglect. Don't get me wrong, no one would want to talk to me after dropping the ball like a noob and being called out like a sorry excuse for a human being (as if the reputation of a car salesman needed any more negative public opinion). However, if I had ever been responsible for the complete and utter failure of my duties for a customer that had spent more than $25,000 dollars, I would at the very least expect a scathing phone call and the tiniest slice of humble pie to eat. What did Doctor Paul Olsen of Browning Jeep in Norco California do? He hung up and refused to own up. Point is people, Jeeps are badass. Unfortunately, Jeeps are so amazing that some dealerships apparently believe the people buying them don't matter. Time to remind John and Jane Q. Public the old adage: Buyer Beware!!! More
