Improved from previous experiences The completion time has improved by having the vehicle ready for pick up before it was scheduled to be picked up. The only concern would be that the vehicle was returned with a problem that was mentioned at the time it was delevered and the reason it was not repaired was because the tire repair tool was broken/missing. Instead of the service department finding a way to solve the problem they requested the customer to take it to another location to have it repaired. When asked if they had an agreement with another location so I didn't have to pay the other company I was told that there shouldn't be any charges. I started to another store to have the tire repaired but when I was asked which tire had the nail I didn't know because the tires were rotated and the one that was leaking was no longer on the left front. More
