New seat cover. HI. I have had very nice, effecient and helpful people every time I have been in. This time, I was in for a new top front seat, seat cover due to bro HI. Mike was the man in the service department who first did the report and ordered a new cover. He called me promptly when it came in and gave me my choice of days to come in. Awesome Service Center! I brought in my 2012 Dodge Charger R/T for some warranty work and the service rep I worked with is named Johnny. Now, let me say that I've taken my ca I brought in my 2012 Dodge Charger R/T for some warranty work and the service rep I worked with is named Johnny. Now, let me say that I've taken my car to other dealerships/service centers and Browning literally kicked other places out of the water. I came in for a few complaints, which the manufacturer warranty would cover, and the complaints range from minor sounds to lifter/cam swap. I had made an appointment, met Johnny, told him about everything that I wanted checked, and after all that he asked to make sure if there is anything else I would like them to check! Didn't really expect that from him as service center want you in and out asap. After documenting everything and signing the paperwork, he asked if I needed a lift home or would I prefer a loaner; I chose a loaner as I have no other means of transpo for the next few days. Car was taken in, and out comes a new Ram 1500 as a loaner! We did the walk around and talked a little more, johnny handed me the keys and said he will call me with updates as the technician works. Perfect! A few days later, I get the call car is ready, I come in and as smooth the check-in was, the check-out was even smoother! Johnny walked me around the car, showed me what was changed/replaced/fixed, signed the paperwork and turned in the loaner. He even offered to re wash my car as dust had caked my car from the high winds. Once it was all done and clear, drove my car off the lot and onto the fwy; she is purrrrrring down the highway, much better than before!! Thanks again Browning for the awesome service, and again thank you Johnny for the perfect service session! More

Great quick service! I had gone to Jeep Ontario a couple times and had horrible service and long waiting times. I even asked them if there was another dealership near by a I had gone to Jeep Ontario a couple times and had horrible service and long waiting times. I even asked them if there was another dealership near by and they would not tell me. I called Browning and Johnny in service got me in right away and had my car back to me in 2 days whereas Ontario said I had to wait a week and a half just to get in and another week while they diagnosed my car! I recommend Browning to anyone who wants great, fast and friendly service. Johnny was very helpful! Thank you Browning, I won't ever go back to Ontario Jeep, I will drive further because you know how to treat your customers. More
