Broken radio I brought my radio in for a broken navigation radio. The dealership made things very easy and allowed me to rent a rental car they had in stock at no I brought my radio in for a broken navigation radio. The dealership made things very easy and allowed me to rent a rental car they had in stock at no charge since my car was under warrenty. Then after them not fixing it the first time after they said my vehicle was ready. I came in during the week for them to look at the Same problem. Then they ended up having to order a radio for me. After two cars rented for the same problem and having to bring my Car in 4 times for the same problem, everything turned out ok. My last visit was because they ruined my volume button because the trim Was messed up when they replaced my radio/navigation. They also said they filled my Tires twice, when nothing was filled. So I had To ask the service guy that does paperwork if he could fill my tires since they others didn’t. Overall just an “ok” experience. More

Poor customer service I hire a towing truck to take my JEEP to this dealership Thursday night , was Friday and I did not hear anything about my car I start to call and leav I hire a towing truck to take my JEEP to this dealership Thursday night , was Friday and I did not hear anything about my car I start to call and leave messages to service advisors Saturday night I received a call that they do not have time to see my car. Sunday pass Monday came Tuesday I talk to the service manager he apologize about no body to call me he help me and then again . Was a week and I received a call said my car was ready and I said WHAT??? I never received a call for the diagnostic. And they said was covered by my insurance I need to do the copayment and that’s it. AGAIN HOW THEY PERFORM A JOB WHEN WAS NEVER AUTHORIZED....... More
