Bait and Switch! I was a potential customer. I say was because the sales personal seems to be running a bait and switch with their customers. They have a 2019 Ram 35 I was a potential customer. I say was because the sales personal seems to be running a bait and switch with their customers. They have a 2019 Ram 3500 on their lot that is advertised at a certain price, yet when it is inquired about the price increases by more than $15,000. The customer is told that the website is registering the base price on the truck. The two problems I am having is this truck has been advertised at this price for weeks and websites don’t read a base price on an invoice or window sticker (window sticker is what I was told). At some point in the next year I will be buying a new 1 ton truck for hauling a 5th wheel for my family. However, when I do I will be taking my business elsewhere. Definitely to a different dealership and likely I will go with a F350 from Ford based on the lack of ethics that seem to surround the Ram brand. I expect this will probably fall on deaf ears in that I am one person and dealerships in general don’t have time for us “small” people. Sincerely, A customer lost. More
