Service took 18 days!!!! Took truck in for service, oil change and normal maint. Told them yhe motor was making a strange noise after starting. Was told it was the lifters that need to be replaced. 18 days later my repairs where done. It was not the lifters it was bolts that had come loose on broken on the manifold. Really!!! Carlos was good to me. Juan and you Service Manager where not. They just blew me off. I am NOT happy. More

service taking 9 days/ So I dropped off the jeep Wrangler Rubicon on 09/24 at 8:00 am and picked up the vehicle on 10/05 at 1:30pm. the problem I had is a (1) rattle noise c So I dropped off the jeep Wrangler Rubicon on 09/24 at 8:00 am and picked up the vehicle on 10/05 at 1:30pm. the problem I had is a (1) rattle noise coming from the trunk area on my brand new vehicle (1 year old custom order), (2) a recall for steering wheel work and (3) spongy brake feeling that require me to pump the brake twice if I want to stop immediately or I have to leave a more than normal distance between my vehicle and the one in front of me as it takes long distance to stop. The problem is (1) they took my car for service and never offered me a loaner car. (2) no one called to follow up with the progress. (3) I had to call on Friday the 27th to ask what is going on and to request for a loaner car as this is taking too long by now. (4) When I got the vehicle back I noticed that the noise is in fact still there coming from the tail gate latch. By driving over street bumps or shacking the spare tire you can clearly see the latch move and hear the noise. The paperwork states that the hinges and the bolt were tightened, but the movement and the noise in fact still there and it is the same. The paperwork says car was washed, when I picked up the vehicle it seems like it was parked outside for a long time and the car was very dusty never less it was never washed. They told me I have to wait for the company engineering arrival to the dealer to check the brake issue as this is the second time I brought the car in for this problem and they could not fix it. At the end It seems like they kept the car for 11 days and nothing got done at all and all the issues still there and I suffer with no car for 4 days. More

Service department I had an appointment for a tire replacement after confirming warranty coverage through Jeep via telephone. However, upon arrival I was informed that it was in fact not covered by warranty. The service advisor went above and beyond in working to obtain an acceptable compromise in order to proceed with the tire replacement, and to accommodate my needs after a very frustrating situation caused by misinformation I was given from Jeep.
