Need better communication. Left several messages to get status of vehicle and no call back. Had to go to service manager to get an answer. Do not know if repaired correctly, too soon. My Jeep would lose control and shake when hitting a bump. Carlos was awesome at providing me excellent service. My Jeep was shaking so much and he right away knew it was what he called a “dead whobble” . He w Carlos was awesome at providing me excellent service. By the end of the day the Jeep was fixed and ready to go as promised. The jeep does not whobble anymore.
