I am very disappointed. On 6/9th, went in for hi idle, repair, now car is whining and feels like it is still on when it is turned off as if there is a problem with the Auto Start. I called back and the repair, now car is whining and feels like it is still on when it is turned off as if there is a problem with the Auto Start. I called back and they advised they were booked but would try to get it looked. On 6/10th took the car in at 9:00am and at 4pm was told still tr. to assess. I need my car for work. So they advised they wouldn’t have a Tech that could diagnose the Problem until Tuesday 6/16th. I’m not sure if root cause is they don’t have enough trained Techs, but this level of service is really surprising when. you pay $40,000 for a vehicle. I don’t fault the service advisor, Kayla, but I do believe there are quality issues. It takes a minimum of 7 minutes to speak with. anyone in the Service Dept. I’ve seen other ratings that were good, but I’m not sure how my experience has gone so wrong. More
