I brought my truck in for a diagnostic after receiving some poor service from a non-dealership mechanic. I made an appointment and agreed with the service manager that it would be 2 to 4 hours of work for some poor service from a non-dealership mechanic. I made an appointment and agreed with the service manager that it would be 2 to 4 hours of work for the diagnostic to be performed. Two days later I called for an update and they hadn’t even looked at my car yet, it said that diagnostics take 3 to 5 days. When I asked why they hadn’t even started it yet I was informed that the way it works is a ticket is written and then assigned to a mechanic once they’re available. I asked if it was possible to make a service appointment where I bring the vehicle in the same day, it’s going to be looked at as leaving my car somewhere for 3 to 5 days isn’t exactly convenient especially when it’s only four hours of work needed but what I found ridiculous is that there was no way to bring my vehicle in when they were ready to look at it. I had to leave it there. This is horrible management of service. I understand it’s been done for certain way for a long time but that way he’s not great for customers let me tell you. I’ll be more than happy to remove the review if I can schedule a service appointment for a diagnostic and have it done the same day I’ll bring it in. More
If I could give it 0 stars I would. Worst dealership I’ve ever been to. Within a month of buying my car the trunk broke. They claimed to have fixed it. Broke again a month later. The service center kept my car for 8 days (and left me with no rental or loaner car) they finally were able to determine what parts needed to be ordered to repair the trunk. Went to pick my car up while parts were ordered and they lost the key to my car. Finally after 20 minutes they found them then couldn’t find my car (for another 15 min) which they had parked in their other parking lot down the street. The service department is horrible at returning my calls and when they do they are clueless as to what’s even going on with the car. Unfortunately I will still have to deal with this horrible dealership until they install the parts needed for the trunk. More

I drove up from San Diego only to find out the truck I was coming to pick up was sold a hour before I arrived . I received a call asking if I was going to make my appointment at 11am but no call that the was coming to pick up was sold a hour before I arrived . The Service Department was excellent. David was a great help to us. We took our 2020 Dodge Ram 2500 in for 2 Recalls. They had this done for us in 2 hours. I was very pleased with the service department. They took my vehicle in promptly. They told me it may take 3 to 5 business days to begin a diagnostic evaluation on it which I thought was entirely t They took my vehicle in promptly. They told me it may take 3 to 5 business days to begin a diagnostic evaluation on it which I thought was entirely too long to be without my vehicle, but I could clearly see they were very busy with other vehicles in their service department which is a good sign. To my surprise, they called me the next day that my vehicle had been repaired and ready for pickup! It was all under warranty and cost my nothing! :) More
