Service dept needs to learn customer service. Went in for an appointment on a Friday morning for warranty work, service writer was super rude, short and not helpful. Stated vehicle wouldn’t be Went in for an appointment on a Friday morning for warranty work, service writer was super rude, short and not helpful. Stated vehicle wouldn’t be looked at until Tuesday!! When asked why we make an appointment she said that’s the way it is, do you need a rental. Only helpful thing she offered. No word from service writer until Wednesday afternoon stating vehicle is done come pick it up. Husband goes to pick it up asking what was completed she said it’s on there. When asked if they flushed the radiator she stated yes but the paperwork shows they emptied the reservoir and replaced fluid but the rust was still around the top of reservoir. She stated you can keep the rental car and leave it here but the technician won’t be back until next week. She handed my husband his keys and said the cars over there he can go get it. WOW!! Talk about horrible customer service. More
