I bought a new 2023 ram 1500 a couple months ago and the fuel gauge is way off made an appointment towed a car so I could get home but the service writer wouldn’t write a work order he said it didn’t have a fuel gauge is way off made an appointment towed a car so I could get home but the service writer wouldn’t write a work order he said it didn’t have a code or engine light so the gauge saying empty with 8 gallons left in a 26 gallon tank is normal so after paying 60K on a new truck and getting zero service from an service department I wouldn’t do business here and sorry I bought my truck from them More

Worst car buying experience I've ever had. Bait and switch at the highest level starting with the advertising to the quoted pricing. I spent quite a bit of my time with the sales person. There was an expectation of me to run my credit blindly before ever consummating a deal which is a no-no. Then an expectation of me purchasing a car similar to the one I wanted but to blindly make a purchase. Then I was given a quote and at the last moment when I came down to the dealership, the numbers changed as usual. Its these types of dealers that make the car buying experience miserable. I will exhaust every effort to expose this dealer to The State Attorney General, BBB, Surety Bond, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. More
I’m speaking on the service dept only, last time I bought a car there and dealt with sales was two years ago, which was fine. This review was on the service department and specifically Lorena. She gave us a text number should we have any questions at the beginning of the transaction. Never once did she respond to our numerous inquiries about status of our vehicle. Numerous calls to her took us to her voicemail. Once we did get ahold of her and she had this odd reaction to our update question as to what we’re asking was odd or not relevant. Maybe it’s her off putting style that doesn’t connect to customer service expectations. We finally sent an email in to a representative and she miraculously called us and told us the car was ready for pick up. Our recommendation is she does not work in service. Should we have to bring the car in in the future we will make sure she is not our representative again. More
This place is a joke! We went down to look at a Honda we were interested in. We had our own financing and a budget that wasn’t and isn’t going to change. We found one that had some damage but was overall a good car. But it was just about $1500 over budget. We sat down with the salesperson who then proceeded to add an additional $6500 in warranty and other nonsensical options. We explained that we didn’t want any add ons and had a tight budget. We were transparent with her and told her that if we could get the car for our budget we would buy the car. The sales lady appeared to understand and had to go back to speak with her manager. Manager comes back and basically no deal was made. Fine no problem. We aren’t in a rush. A day goes by and they start contacting me wanting to know if there’s anything that can be done. Uhm did they not hear us the first time we were there? Additionally, they RAISED the price of the same car online! Seems like a very dishonest place and now I’m glad we didn’t buy because who knows what is really going on with that car. Sad because it’s for my son as his first car and he is naturally disappointed and also now has a firm understanding of why car buying is such an awful experience no matter how hard you work to be prepared for the games they play. More
The WORST service department I have ever been to. Service advisor had an attitude with me, told me she needed authorization which could takeup to a week, when no authorization was needed. I then contacted another dealer they said they would take care of me right away. Then I even got an attitude from the cashier. I then completed a survey. But no follow up to try to fix the problem. This new company just took over the dealer, sad that no one cares no more about the customer. I will let everyone that I come in contact with know about my very bad experience More
