With the help of Amber, Johnny and Ravi, I got a Jeep Wrangler 4xe! After visiting other Jeep dealers, it was Amber who had us come back again. She's new to the car business, not even listed on this webs Wrangler 4xe! After visiting other Jeep dealers, it was Amber who had us come back again. She's new to the car business, not even listed on this website yet. She is friendly and has a bright future in car sales. And when the time was right to make a deal, she brought in her manager Johnny to assist. With his help, we were able to negotiate a price that worked for both sides And Ravi in finance took care of me even more as a returning Jeep customer. Keep up the great work Sales team at Aaron CDJR Norco. Looking forward to meeting the Service team next couple of years. And maybe Amber, Johnny, and Ravi again when time to trade up. Please add them to this website so others can give them kudos too. More

They must have done exactly as we feared and just charged it and called it good. Stopped working soon after.Took it to another shop and the AC line is blown out and it's a 2k dollar fix. Please beware if buying used. More
I contacted this dealership based on the discounts and rebates they had to offer on the Jeep vehicles. I was trading in a Hyundai with significant negative equity. I was contacted by multiple people durin rebates they had to offer on the Jeep vehicles. I was trading in a Hyundai with significant negative equity. I was contacted by multiple people during the deal process both by text and phone calls. I finally had the opportunity to stop by last Monday on person and I was turned away stating that now my credit score did not meet the criteria for making the deal move forward. I was OK with that, but as I prepared to leave the salesman made an awkward statement. He asked if I had GAP on the trade. When I acknowledged I did he suggested I consider "getting rid of the vehicle". I brushed off the fraud advice and left. The next day I received a text from Johnny that claimed to be the GM. I had asked to speak to him before but he never called ma back. In the text he said he could make deals on vehicles that other people in the dealership could not. He asked what would it take to get this deal done and I provided the information that was consistent with what I proposed previously. I spent the next 3 days texting texting and trying to get and answer. Finally a gentlemen named Wesley (Exceptional Service) reached out, checked on the deal, and confirmed that Johnny said he could not get the deal done. Overall a very poor experience with some bad advice thrown in for good measure. I would suggest finding a different dealership if you planning to purchase a Jeep product. I am also considering reaching out to the Aaron folks on the advice on my trade. I gave them 1 star since 0 is not available. More

Had a terrible experience trying to buy a new jeep. Spoke with them on the phone and by text were I have in writing that they will sell me the Jeep for the Net cost on the dealerships page without the Spoke with them on the phone and by text were I have in writing that they will sell me the Jeep for the Net cost on the dealerships page without the add-ons. Again in writing through text message. We drove over an hour to the dealer and spent some time there. We said we will take the vehicle but was then told by the Sales Manager that they could not sell me the car for the listed price because it wasn't a good deal for them and changes it from 33k to over 37k. Refused to sell it to me at the cost I was told by text. So, then we had an hour drive home. They basically lied to us to get us to come down and wasted hours of my time and miles on my vehicle. Even after I showed them the message that says what they will sell it to me for he said they just can't do it. This is not ok at all. Bait and switch.... Be careful More
I had an amazing experience today from trading in my Dodge to purchasing a new car. Ali Ali and Hanan Hassan were extremely helpful from the minute I walked into the minute I left. They listened to me a Dodge to purchasing a new car. Ali Ali and Hanan Hassan were extremely helpful from the minute I walked into the minute I left. They listened to me and my wants and communicated with me very clearly and helped me to understand the process without any pressure. Albert Kumar the finance manager is very amazing at his job as well, very professional and confident, he will make sure you leave a happy customer and without any problems. I highly recommend Aaron CDJR of Norco to anyone looking to sell or purchase a vehicle. More
I visited the dealership on a Tuesday to purchase a Jeep. After test-driving a higher trim model, I decided on a lower trim that was available on the lot, and we agreed on all the terms. However, when I went After test-driving a higher trim model, I decided on a lower trim that was available on the lot, and we agreed on all the terms. However, when I went to do a final check of the car, they couldn’t find the keys. They asked me to return on Friday, only to change their mind, asking me to come Saturday instead. I was then informed the car needed a software update and a new battery, which they said would be done by Saturday. On Saturday, they told me the service tech wasn’t available and the car wouldn’t be ready until Monday, but they offered me the same deal on the higher trim if I came that day. I drove 1.5 hours to the dealership, only for them to claim confusion and say they couldn’t honor the deal for the higher trim. I agreed to wait for the original car on Monday. On Monday, they told me the car was ready, but once again, they refused to honor the original deal, claiming that incentives had changed — despite it being less than a week and still within the same month. It was clear they were being dishonest, as incentives are typically updated monthly, not weekly or daily. Save yourself the time, hassle, and money, and go elsewhere! More
