I was very impressed with my service advisor. He explained what my service included and the price. He was the 1st advisor to actually look at a problem I have had for years with the hatch release He explained what my service included and the price. He was the 1st advisor to actually look at a problem I have had for years with the hatch release and told me it was not the actuator and most likely just needed to be lubed.
