I’m disappointed that I’ve tried both forms of contact and received no response. The phone# provided was not a direct line, but appeared to be a general line to Aaron Ford. I left a message-believe I did-and received no response. I’ve sent two emails to your email address and again received no response. I appreciated your initial response though question your sincerity with it. I’m still awaiting the refund for the useless maintenance package I had purchased, approaching 2mos since the cancellation was submitted. I am certain I continue to pay interest on the package. I have no confidence in the extended warranty I purchased and hope I never need it. A bad experience continues.
