While my oil changes and services are usually top notch, this particular one was NOT! 3 hrs to complete my oil change with an 8am appointment, admittedly I was ten mins late arriving. However to have to r this particular one was NOT! 3 hrs to complete my oil change with an 8am appointment, admittedly I was ten mins late arriving. However to have to return a few days later due to oil spots in my garage is definitely a bit serious. It was discovered the OIL CAP had not been replaced and the strong odor coming through car vents and oil on the ground could've been avoided. Car spent another day in service having engine block clean and cabin filter replaced. Understand accidents happen and this was caught in time, but to release a vehicle back having smelled that odor and not going back to at least check is not something I would expect from a dealership service. Makes you really wonder how through the point inspection is as well if an oil change went this sideways. More

I was 10 minutes early for my 330 appointment, and was greeted promptly by the service technician. We went over my reason for being there, an oil change, And then got things on the computer to be sure the greeted promptly by the service technician. We went over my reason for being there, an oil change, And then got things on the computer to be sure there weren’t any recalls or other necessary services needed. That was the easy part. Waiting area where there are often plenty of goodies when I make my appointment for the morning was very sparse in the afternoon. Although there are signs advising that everything is for customers, there are employees going through their constantly taking snacks and drinks. I’m sure that explains why there isn’t much by 3:30 in the afternoon. However, from a point of view, that area should be fully stocked all day long as you have customers coming all day long. I think it is extremely disrespectful of the employees to think they can come by and help themselves to what is furnished for the customers. More
