I was very impressed with my service advisor. He explained what my service included and the price. He was the 1st advisor to actually look at a problem I have had for years with the hatch release He explained what my service included and the price. He was the 1st advisor to actually look at a problem I have had for years with the hatch release and told me it was not the actuator and most likely just needed to be lubed. Previous advisors said I would have to leave the vehicle to have this "looked at". Since I'm too far away for a hitch home, that was not an option. Thank you Mario. More

As we have in the past, the Service Advisor we had was Faisal Mangrio. In short, we awoke on Monday morning (a holiday) to a car with severe engine idling issues. We contacted Faisal and, although the service calendar was full, he somehow made time for us. We dropped off the car understanding they would need a day or two to get to it. When Faisal contacted me the next day, sad to say, it was bad news. He was very sympathetic and explained our options. He refilled our fluids and expressed extreme concern over driving the vehicle more than the short route home. We have dealt with Faisal several times over the years. He has always been honest with us (something that speaks volumes to the general public). He's a fantastic representative to your service department and a gentlemen all around.
