Dropped off my 2020 2500HD Duramax Truck for warranty work. A month later I call them to find out what is going on, they tell me my engine is in pieces on the ground and did this without my approval. GM work. A month later I call them to find out what is going on, they tell me my engine is in pieces on the ground and did this without my approval. GM tells me its covered and Service manager tells me it is not covered. Aaron Chevrolet now wants to give me back my truck in pieces and looking for money. Poor service, I have to call them and bug them to find out whats going on. Service manager tells you one thing and them denies it later. Can't be trusted. They have my truck for 6 weeks and still has engine pieces on the ground. I have 3829 miles More
I never received a call when my truck was ready. I dropped off my truck on Monday afternoon for service on Tuesday. Never received a call on Tuesday as it was promised on Tuesday. We arrived a bit early for our appointment but Rickuy took care of us right away. I was worried about another appointment I had made but my oil change was done with the galf hour. Then when I was payin took care of us right away. I was worried about another appointment I had made but my oil change was done with the galf hour. Then when I was paying for my service the cashier was so nice. She asked about rewards points and then asked another girl to show her how to access my rewards . It was great! Not only did I and the girls learn something but I got a free oil change by using my rewards. Wonderful service! Thank you so much. More

The dealer ship is old and outdated. The waiting area is outdated , there are no snacks, the TV service provider is horrible.
