I had a very disappointing experience with Aron Chevrolet. I brought my truck in for repairs, hoping to get it fixed, but unfortunately, that didn’t happen. Dropped off my 2020 2500HD Duramax Truck for warranty work. A month later I call them to find out what is going on, they tell me my engine is in pieces on the ground and did this without my approval. Poor service, I have to call them and bug them to find out whats going on. Service manager tells you one thing and them denies it later. Can't be trusted. We arrived a bit early for our appointment but Rickuy took care of us right away. I was worried about another appointment I had made but my oil change was done with the galf hour.
