Service is not the issue. The amount of time you have to wait even to just be addressed is ridiculous. Quick and easy to trade in defective battery. Mid-range price quote to have it installed, but we chose to do it ourselves. One nearby dealership wanted $180.00 to replace it under warranty!!!
