Thrilled with my experience at Lake Chevrolet! I bought a used HHR from Gus Liechti last night and I am so pleased with the service I received there, not to mention the car. I applied for financing on their website and got a call the next day from Gus. He was courteous and no pressure! I made an appointment to come down and look at some cars, he even offered to look for other HHRs from other lots to get me exactly what I wanted. I was really nervous because it had been a very long time since I bought a car from a dealer, and quite frankly, my credit history sucks. But Gus was awesome. He made me feel right at ease instantly. He's very friendly and polite and sincere. I hate being pressured by salespeople, and I especially dislike that feeling you get when someone is just being nice to get that sale. Not true at all with Gus. I felt confident and secure and I left with the car I wanted, on great terms. He went the extra mile to make sure I was completely happy with my purchase.
