did complete the survey and did express how dissatisfied we are at the fact that the dealer knows something is wrong with the truck but because nothing is "broken" it won't get fixed, to top it off we were we are at the fact that the dealer knows something is wrong with the truck but because nothing is "broken" it won't get fixed, to top it off we were charged! Do not purchase extras! Waited 3+ weeks for Tonneau cover -called and found it was never ordered. Finally got with parts. Chris in parts was great! He made it happen! Oh, but service would not schedule rapid service to install and not provide loaner so I would not miss work even after, they did not order the parts. Luckily, the truck had room to put my tools inside, but risk damaging my truck for what will now be over four weeks until I can get my tonneau installed. Sales department was great during purchase, but when I left the lot, there was zero follow up, and if I never called, I would have not received my Tonneau. More
