A day before I've been in Hemet ,to buy a Nissan, and because it was 8:30pm the dealer told us to come tomorrow to do the papers, because was kind of late to started( wich I'm agree- but my husband works late...he comes home at 7:00pm). They were a pleasure to deal with, they helped me and my wife buy 2 cars!! we didn't think it could happen but they made it possible. finance people. Alex was very helpful in assisting us. Alex was not overbearing and not try to "Force" us to buy a car that we did not want. We visited the lot looking for a used car with a pretty specific idea of what we wanted, but we didn't know anything about Chevrolet cars. Our salesman, Eric, engaged us in the building and actually listened to us. He then walked us to the car he felt matched what we were describing and, even though we looked a couple other options, we ended up purchasing the original car that Eric showed us. He didn't push whatever inventory he was told to push; he listened to us and helped us quickly identify the car that met our expectations. I as an added bonus, after owning the Chevy Cobalt for several months, we love the car! Since Chevy is offering free oil service, we've just had our first service experience, and, it was excellent. It was no problem scheduling the service, and then when we arrived they met and exceeded our expectations. You really can't ask for anything more than that. Then, lastly, back to Eric, he remembered that he had promised us a second key, since the car came with only one key and security dongle. So, he purchased the second key with his own money since he had not provided the key during the months we've owned the car. Is that integrity or what? Needless to say, we'll be talking with Eric at Lake Chevrolet when we decide to trade in our other vehicle in the next few years. I understand no business is perfect, but I can honestly say that our experience with Lake Chevrolet and Eric Soderquist was about as perfect as one could get. More

Upon arriving with Chevy Camaro 2SS Lake Chevrolet website ad in hand receptionist informed my that the salesman was in a staff meeting and would be with me shortly, and he was within minutes and esco website ad in hand receptionist informed my that the salesman was in a staff meeting and would be with me shortly, and he was within minutes and escorting me to the auto of my want and desire with specific options that fit my needs and desires with a friendly, experienced, knowledge of the vehicle. When prompted about pricing he was able to work the numbers. I did purchase the vehicle at which point Eric introduced me to all customer support personnel at dealership, Shop area and overall dealership was very clean and easy to access. I have been dealing with Chevrolet for 30 years and their vehicles are sound and reliable. My thanks go out to all at dealership especially to Eric for a job well done and everyone else involved in the purchase of my new Blue Ray Metallic Camaro 2SS which has left my wife and myself in awe. I would highly recommend calling Lake Chevy first they get the job done. More
