I bought the car I wanted, but otherwise allowed myself to be upsold several useless products. I said I wanted the car and was told I had to purchase at least two add-on products, I should have walked. I to be upsold several useless products. I purchased two products at that stage, though received no supporting documents on them, and the finance group knew little about them. I then allowed the finance managers to sell me a maintenance package and an extended warranty. I was told the maintenance package was full coverage for 3 years, unlimited mileage including brake pads. I was provided nothing more than a single page indicating I bought this protection plan, no details. I revisited the dealership a month later to inquire, they said all I needed was this document and the plan would be recognized. I did my own research; the plan was a GM Protection Plan, I bought a Mazda; the single page had a notation, 1/3, indicating 2additional pages. It had a QR code, when I focused on it the additional 2 pages appeared. They indicated my coverage was for 6 oil changes and tire rotation. I called the phone# listed on the plan, the representative confirmed this. I returned to the dealership to discuss, they readily canceled this plan but rather than rewriting the contract merely submitted a request to refund the payment meaning I am still paying interest on the product. I have no faith in any of the other add-ons that I purchased. I have myself to blame for being ‘taken’ in this process, and would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More

I would watch out for their finance dept. They definitely are in a greed mindset mentality. Trying to take advantage of the consumer as much as they can. It's almost like they are acting like it's 2020, adding dealer markups to used vehicles. 4 years ago, that was a thing but nowadays with interest rates, its a joke that they try to fleece you with dealer addons. They were also unwilling to price the car per Kelly Blue Book - Their response "Does Kelley Blue Book sell cars?" Obviously not, but its a nationally recognized association that is a staple for seeing if a dealer is trying to rip you off. They had the car listed for ~$4000 MORE than KBB and didn't seem to be bothered at all by that. The sales guy on the floor was actually great and patient. I felt bad as his manager's greed was out of control and he obviously had no say in the fact, it was his boss. To make matters worse, the finance dept. even refused to give me a print out of the numbers with how they got the monthly payment on the loan. I've never been treated this way and am always given a number's breakdown that shows interest rates, dealer markups (if any) and total price of taxes and registration fees. Definitely a strange encounter that leaves a bad taste in your mouth. I won't be returning to this particular Chevy dealership More
