4 months after purchase, and we finally received the plates and registration for the vehicle. I can't imagine a more incompetent and misleading dealership. We purchased a truck for commercial use, but from the beginning, all the paperwork was done incorrectly, and we were stuck with a truck with regular registration, which is of no use to us and our business. For months, we were led to believe this would be corrected, but no one seemed to know what they were doing. Even during the purchase negotiation, it was a typical used car salesman bait and switch, to the point we didn't trust anyone at the dealership. I can't image that a dealership that claims to have a commercial department has no clue how to process a commercial loan and send for commercial registration from the DMV. We have lost so much business because we were unable to use the car as intended. The stress and anxiety was overwhelming. All we did was chase people for months. Maybe there are no honest dealerships, but I've never experienced this level of negligence and misinformation. A couple individuals finally came through for us. The finance person is completely useless, and that's the most important part of the deal! More

Stopped in today to look at some EV options and with Dustin's (and Ariel in finance) help, I was able to get a really good deal on a used Bolt EV Premier with very low mileage.
