Inflation influenced reasoning for both prices of service and parts as well as the decision to charge for using credit card payment. I still have checks and debit card but I do not agree with putting credit and parts as well as the decision to charge for using credit card payment. Vehicle looked great in a video and pictures. When I got there it was not worth even lowend KBB. On the test drive I’m surprised the truck stoped. It needed brakes and the tires were so worn. That’s insane, and no negotiating on price. I’m happy I walked away. Waste of a 2 hour drive one way. Went to the dealership to check out a car they had advertised on the internet. Dede the salesperson was very nice. We went for a drive. I like the car. Told her I would pay them what they were asking advertised on the internet. Dede the salesperson was very nice. We went for a drive. I like the car. Told her I would pay them what they were asking for the car. Then all the sudden they added $4,500 to the price and said that was the price of the car. I left disgusted backing my car out of the parking spot the used Car sales manager came running out. He was the one who increased the price on the car and stopped me and said will you pay what you said you would for the car and I said of course I'm a man of my word unlike you! He then tried to increase the price by $3,000. I said no. Thanks. He said okay and went on and on about what a great deal I was getting. Although that's the price they advertised. I asked about two keys for the car. The sales lady checked and said they would order me one and I also asked about the Carfax and she said I have it right here. Would you like a copy? You'll get one with your packet with the car so I said okay I'll wait for the packet. Got home looking through the packet. Never received the Carfax. Have tried to contact the dealer five times. Spoke to several different people. Never received an extra key or even got a call back. I would never deal with this dealership again. They are dishonest at their core. It's no wonder the sales lady doesn't work there any longer! More
