Service is not the issue. The amount of time you have to wait even to just be addressed is ridiculous. There is no reason to set an appointment if it is not going to be honore More

Quick and easy to trade in defective battery. Mid-range price quote to have it installed, but we chose to do it ourselves. One nearby dealership wanted $180.00 to replace it under warranty!!! More
