Taylor was great. My issue is with my truck poorly made. Water pump exploded, replaced, engine warped, replaced, transmission failed, replaced, injector failed, at 100 My issue is with my truck poorly made. Water pump exploded, replaced, engine warped, replaced, transmission failed, replaced, injector failed, at 100,000 miles, replaced, and it continues with the Carlie converter failed replaced. What kind of truck does Chevy make nowadays. My last one had none of these issues at 400,000 miles. Tell the CEO’s they owe me lots of downtime reimbursement, absolutely ridiculous! The thing is, some of the mechanics know these are issues! What? Distal a brain surgeon. Just really disappointed! More

Very disappointed with the service and customer service of this dealership. Took my car in with a minor issue and left with the car with major issues. They told me it was a coincidence and quoted 9k to fix of this dealership. Took my car in with a minor issue and left with the car with major issues. They told me it was a coincidence and quoted 9k to fix the issue. Also sent me offer to buy the car at the time I was there. Very suspicious and coincidental. Took my car and received 2 others quotes for 1/2 the price. Would never trust them again, especially with the new car I’m about to buy from a different dealership at this point. Beware! More
