I called to make an appointment for a transmission service, I go in 12/26 they do the service a couple mins later plus the paper I see that my transm I called to make an appointment for a transmission service, I go in 12/26 they do the service a couple mins later plus the paper I see that my transmission filter wasn’t changed all they did was change the fluid, I called and asked why they didn’t change it even though I specifically asked for a service, my adviser Faisal said that a service means may things, so as a SERVICE advisor his job is to advise and to sell me the correct job the first time, per usual they give the customer attitude like we’re the ones who are dumb, I told him what he did to my car was like buying brand new shoes and wearing dirty socks, he stayed silent. I continued to ask if anything would happen to my car with an unchanged transmission filter and his exact words were “I don’t think so” . I bought two cars from this dealer and their service continues to dwindle. Horrible service from my advisor More
