Ezekiel, I am sorry you do not feel like you received spot on customer service. We strive to make all of our customers happy every single day which is why when you called and stated that the vehicle was leaking oil we offered to have you get it in immediately so we can take a look at it and get it fixed even though the car was driven off the lot and you declined Warranty we were still more than happy to try to take care of you, disregarding that you could’ve been racing the vehicle or doing something to caused the issue. All we cared about was taking care of our customer. We took care of the issue and your service advisor requested to keep the car for one more day to run more tests. You declined and stated that you wanted the car back, at which point you took it to another state and said that there were more issues going on. It is hard for us to look at a vehicle in another state. It is an Audi S6 which is a high performance vehicle. The vehicle was put through a rigorous inspection as well as through emission and passed with flying colors. What would you like us to do now that you have taken the vehicle against your service advisors recommendations and more things have gone wrong? We do want to help you out you are our customer.
