AUTO CITY - BUY - SELL - TRADE - IN HOUSE FINANCE

I understand the car was purchased "as is," BUT the salesman could have mentioned the obvious problems that are wrong with it. For example: Back-up lights not working, neither doors will lock, glove c salesman could have mentioned the obvious problems that are wrong with it. For example: Back-up lights not working, neither doors will lock, glove compartment busted, 2 keys provided but only one fits this car. The worst thing was the price of the car that was advertised. Car is for sale for $4,800.00 then he ads on another $800.00. And for what? Obviously, no work was done to fix or repair anything on this car. (A topical bate and switch experience) Also advertised was a "Multi-point inspection verified" THAT WAS A LIE. If there was an inspection certain things would have been fixed. Two things I take away from this experience: Never buy a car "on line" that you can't go look at or test drive. And this salesman is the perfect example of why people don't trust and despise used car salesmen. It seems it is impossible for them to be forthright, to be honest, or to tell the truth about anything. More

The sales person Tim was not pleasant to work with. He displayed a level of disrespect that I had never dealt with in all of my years of buying cars. I chose to deal with the manager Matt after experie He displayed a level of disrespect that I had never dealt with in all of my years of buying cars. I chose to deal with the manager Matt after experiencing what I experienced with Tim. Things significantly improved. The vehicle eventually was purchased. There was a lack of respect permeated in the air at this place and I would not recommend this place to anyone. The lack of overall disrespect leads me to have such an opinion. This was easily the worst car buying experience that I have ever had. More

After 2 weeks of trying to find the car I wanted I ended up here and it was so refreshing! I was not pressured into anything. The customer service was such a plus but to add to that they had the van I was l up here and it was so refreshing! I was not pressured into anything. The other vans I had looked at other dealerships were the same year make and model and not in as good of shape and were priced at least $400 over what I ended up getting mine for. This was by far the easiest car buying experience I've ever had. I found a car online. and called to see if it was available and it was. Then i filled out the application online and Tim called me with all ever had. I found a car online. and called to see if it was available and it was. Highly recommend these guys and espically TIm. made everything easy and shipped my plates to me too as I lived an hour away. More
