Above and Beyond When we saw the Honda Ridgeline on Autotrader, we knew we had to have it. We came in and told him what we wanted and what we were willing to do to get it, and Mike and his department moved mountains to make sure that we were able to drive away today! We asked for a certain payment, and not only did they get it lower, but they did so while also including GAP insurance so we wouldn't have to worry about that either! I would highly recommend this dealership, and most definitely the unstoppable team of Mike and Tim! Because of them we were able to get more than we wanted and more, with a price we could have only dreamed of! More

Everyone was great! I would definitely recommend this dealership. They were very busy when we arrived late on a Saturday afternoon and the owner ( we didn't know that at I would definitely recommend this dealership. He was great! We stayed until after they closed and decided to come back so we could process all the info we had learned. Their prices seems to be very good since 2 of the cars we had decided on we're already sold by the time we went down there. Our salesman, Miles, ended up finding up selling us a great car that my daughter loved and seemed to be priced very competitively. The finance manager Tim got us a great interest rate and I think gave us good advice about insurance and extended warranty. All in all it was a great experience! More

I came in to ARC Auto on a whim because I was looking at another Pontiac Vibe at a different dealership in North KC that day, but it ended up being disappointed. I googled "Used Pontiac Vibe" and ended up at ARC Auto and I'm so glad I did. Brian did not pressure me at all. He even helped me by delivering the car to the mechanic that I requested take a look at it (Ted at Northtown Auto-- I highly recommend him!). There were some complications on my end due to it being finals week and I'm a student, but he worked with my schedule beautifully and I really appreciate how easy he made the experience! More
