Suffice it to say, before you sign on the dotted line, make sure Arc Auto fills up your tank! Ask for Vic! More

For those who are on a budget, a car loan and the anticipated car payment isn't something that is considered lightly. I had visited other dealerships on my quest to upgrade to a more dependable vehicle, and left stressed out and with a headache. Walking into ARC however was quite the opposite. The employees were all very welcoming, more than willing to answer any and all questions, and didn't make me feel pressured to make an immediate decision. I worked with Tony, and he was very friendly and professional. I was able to make a purchase that I am extremely happy with, and do it in a way that was quick and painless =). My mom accompanied me to the dealership, and she was so impressed with how everything was handled that she is keeping ARC on her short-list of dealerships to contact when she is ready to upgrade. Apparently, this part was not going to be covered by the insurance but since it was within the 30 days the shop Manager, Merlin, decided to go ahead and fix it because it was the right thing to do. You don't find too many shops that are willing to do a thing because it is simply the right thing these days. I really appreciated being treated so well and receiving above and beyond service. Thank you Merlin and Jeremiah at the ARC repair shop!!!! Mike "Miles" in Sales and the Finance Manager Darren Elder were great to work with also. (I would give a five star rating but I am still waiting to receive my title and it has been over 30 days.) More
Misleading The experience my husband and I felt was overall misleading. They appear to be helpful initially, however they led us on the entire time. We went ther The experience my husband and I felt was overall misleading. They appear to be helpful initially, however they led us on the entire time. We went there Friday around noon to look for a vehicle. We seen about two we liked. We wanted to finance with a solid trade. Our current vehicle is a 2005 Audi that we were willing to trade it as a down payment. We own our vehicle outright. After we told them we wanted to trade the vehicle, they asked us did we have any money down, we said no because we were trading in our vehicle. The person we were working with made it seem like everything was cool, however the process took longer than we thought, so we told them we would leave to get a bite to eat because we have not eaten all day waiting around. They never called us to check on us or anything. So the next day passed, and they called and said they were busy and forgot to call us and will call us later. Then the next day passed no call, another day pass no call. We were like what is going on. Monday comes no call so my husband decides to call them that evening. Every time we would speak to them their excuse was that they were busy and they will call us back, but every thing looks good. Next day pass nothing. To this point we were frustrated because we are thinking it does not take that long to get an answer. It is either a yes or a no. I finally called them and wanted to speak to the person that we were dealing with since he told us he would call back. They advised us the person was not there today. The person that answered checked and advised me that we were not approved for the truck we initially asked for. Okay so why did it take you all 5 days to say that. They knew before we left that xxxx lot we were not approved. Here is my dilemma with this dealership, when you have honest working people coming to YOUR establishment, do not treat them like lower class citizens. I do not care what is going on, you need to be honest to the customers you are dealing with. I DO NOT play games when it comes to business. Do not waste my time and I will not waste yours. Future buyers be aware of the misleading ways these people may treat you. I am highly upset of how we were treated because to me that will determine if I would ever bring my business back or refer anyone to your dealership. Trust me I will spread the word. More
Buyer's beware Bought the car in December and it had a bad heater core in it. (My guess is that they don't really inspect their vehicles very well.) They did fix it, Bought the car in December and it had a bad heater core in it. (My guess is that they don't really inspect their vehicles very well.) They did fix it, but at their leisure, took a month for them to get around to take care of it. I'm still soaking up the fluid that leaked into my floor board, which in my opinion they should replace, but hey, they did give me new floor mats..... That was with me calling them when they said they'd call me.(Which never happened.) Got it back from them and the car wouldn't start after work. They failed to ground it properly after taken the dash apart. Which they did come and fix it, but they did not properly put the dash back in place. My passenger vent wont open now thanks to their lack of quality in their shop. Just over all a frustrating experience for me.....the sales guy told me not to worry about the smell that I had brought to his attention, which was the bad heater core, gave me several reasons for what it could've been......Next time, I'm going elsewhere to get my vehicle, especially with the money I spent with them. Ruined my sons first car buying exp Well it all started out good. We found the car he wanted test drove it had a couple things to fix witch they said the would be no problem. One of the Well it all started out good. We found the car he wanted test drove it had a couple things to fix witch they said the would be no problem. One of the things was I wanted the oil changed the other was the visors were loose and needed new clips. "Easy fixes right" We got the paperwork all done while they were changing oil got in it to drive home got about 10 miles down the road and noticed a lot of blue smoke coming out of the exhaust. My thought was crap now what. So I call Brian up told him what it was doing he said bring it back and they would look at it, on the way back to the dealership the inspection plate fell down now dragging along the hi way. We got back and after waiting 2 hours we found out the car was over filled by 3quarts that's why it was smoking. The other problem was the didn't fix the visors I ask them about it they said they had to order the parts fine. They were going to send the parts directly to my house. I said great well after more than 6 phone calls I still do not have my parts they promised. I will never buy another car from Arc Auto they don't stand behind there word. More

My car is currently not running, I was told it was "electrical" I swear if I could do it all over again I would of kept driving past ARC auto. I have had several people ask me where I got my car all I say is don't do it! I have called several times to speak to the owner, that never happened some guy named Michael emailed me basically saying I was S.O.L I just asked them to stand by their product and fix my car or get me out of the contrat! They say word of mouth can make a business or hurt a business I just wouldn't want what I experienced happen to any other female, I feel taken advantage of. Moving forward letting everyone I know including BBB. More

I am not a fan of the car salesman but this exsperiance was different from what i had been used to. They had a wide range of cars and prices. I was not able to get what I wanted out of my trade-in with all the other dealerships but Arc was able to get close. The salesman Vic was polite and enjoyable with a great personality that we felt we could trust. Even the manager was upfront and honest which is also rare. The process once we decided on a vehicle and agreed on price was painless. We will be back!!! More
