Upon arrival Miles was busy with another customer, but that never stopped him from frequently checking on us to see if we were doing okay or had any questions. As soon as I arrived I was greeted by Mike "Tony" Adams and he had the vehicle all ready for me to look at. He was very kind and didn't try to push or persuade my decision in any way. Tony was also very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in, & when he didn't know an answer to a question he went out of his way to find it. I also found it very honorable that Tony was completely honest with me when he made it aware that the vehicle had been in a minor accident. Something I completely overlooked when checking the vehicle out online beforehand. Lastly, I found the price of the vehicle to be very fair & not overpriced therefore I didn't see the need to haggle. All in all, without Tony's help I wouldn't have gotten to drive the truck of my dreams home! I would recommend Arc to anyone searching for their dream vehicle. Great! Went in at at 1:00pm and said we wanted to look at a spefic car that we had seen online.
