Great Experience Miles did a great job at getting us in the right car. We went to look at one vehicle and decided it wasn't exactly right for us, so he helped us with Miles did a great job at getting us in the right car. Great Dealership Miles was a tremendous salesmen. We were on a very tight schedule as we were leaving to go to Washington so the day before we exchanged several calls Miles was a tremendous salesmen. We were on a very tight schedule as we were leaving to go to Washington so the day before we exchanged several calls and he took all of our information got us approved on a great loan over the phone then he went a step further and got all the paper work ready for us and came in before the dealership opened the next morning so we could test drive the vehicle and go over everything and we signed all the paper work and were back on the road in about hour and a half. We lived an hour and half away and it was a challenge getting it all done on time but Miles made it happen. Best dealership we have ever been to. Will recommend them to anyone. Straight forward and no nonsense. Test drove one and was also suggested another vehicle (Volt, actually priced lower) which better fit my needs. Car was priced below market value ( did some research prior to closing ) Now comes the part that I usually despise when buying a car, the actual purchase. I've walked out on previous dealerships where they keep trying to add costs, fees, and plans I didn't want to the final price. But the final price Tony showed me was actually the final price in all the paperwork, no pressure to sale or add me anything I didn't need or want. If you want a hassle free experience check them out and ask for Tony. I will definitely be checking them out first on my next purchase. More

He made notes on the paperwork so I could bring the vehicle back in to have my concern looked at a time when a mechanic would be available, at no extra charges or hassle. He even offered to drive me to my office if I have to leave my car at the shop! More
