I was impr I purchased an Infinity QX 56 SUV on Oct 30,2017 from ARC. When I first went to ARC I did not know what to expect from a small dealership. I was impressed with the variety of cars even luxury cars that were on the lot. I was met upon arrival by a real nice salesman by the name of Miles. I found Miles to be friendly and knowledgeable about the car business and the car I purchased. He was very helpful and was not pushy at all. Miles went above and beyond trying to make me happy. He wanted to ensure I got a deal I felt was fair even after I met with the General Manager who was not customer friendly. Miles still tried to ensure I could get the deal I wanted. I also spoke to Tim in finance to purchase an extended warranty. He was friendly and helpful as well. I was a cash paying customer so my experience was rather fast. In car sales I feel social skills honesty,and professionalism go along way! Miles you rocked it out!! Over all I think if your looking for a decent variety of cars, friendly and non pushy sales men and a good finance person I think you will be satisfied. 5 stars More
