Found Car online and I was in and out in less than an hour I found the car online on a Monday and reached out to Tony via email and received a response in less than 5 minutes. Once I told him what I was lookin I found the car online on a Monday and reached out to Tony via email and received a response in less than 5 minutes. Once I told him what I was looking for and how I would be driving from 200 miles away he immediately helped answer all of my questions and I placed my deposit by Tuesday evening to hold the car until Saturday. Once I was approved for financing through one of their lenders, the finance department reached out to me to make sure the terms met my needs. I drove down on Saturday afternoon and they had all of the paperwork ready for me. I test drove the vehicle and I was in and out of the dealer in less than a hour. This was a great experience and I would recommend ARC to anyone. Tony followed up with me to make sure I was happy with my purchase. More

Surprisingly Excellent ! ! I purchased my 2010 Toyota Tundra from ARC Auto in May 2017. Todd Koehly was my salesperson. I wanted to wait a few months before I did a review to m I purchased my 2010 Toyota Tundra from ARC Auto in May 2017. Todd Koehly was my salesperson. I wanted to wait a few months before I did a review to make sure I made the right decision, didn't get a clunker and possibly steer someone else in the wrong direction. I rely heavily on reviews when I purchase online or in person. The reason I stated in the review title that it was "surprisingly excellent" was my image of used car salesmen and their general reputation was not a good one. Therefore I was very surprised when when the deal was done and I felt good about it months later. I had been researching Tundras for almost 2 years and finally found 2 with exactly what I wanted in the KC area. I notified ARC and the other car dealer when I would be arriving. I actually looked at both Tundra's before they opened and noticed some things on the other dealer's Tundra that would probably be covered up before my visit. I decided that I would walk away from both dealers after test driving, think about it and probably not go back at all. After visiting the first dealer I walked away knowing I was not going back. Then I went to ARC, met with Todd, test drove the Tundra and walked away as planned. I thought about it for awhile then called Todd and said I was coming back to buy the Tundra. The only negative thing I can say is it took almost 2 hours to complete the paperwork for the purchase. In ARC's defense it was a Saturday afternoon and 3-4 others were buying cars at the same time. Todd did his best to keep me occupied. Overall it was an excellent buying experience and I am very happy with my Tundra. I would absolutely recommend ARC to my friends and family. More

Unbelievable Customer Service As someone who works in the service industry, I can tell you I have rarely come across the level of customer care exhibited by the staff of ARC. My st As someone who works in the service industry, I can tell you I have rarely come across the level of customer care exhibited by the staff of ARC. My story begins with inheriting my mother's 2009 Mustang GT and needing to trade it for a fuel efficient, comfortable car for myself & my family of 3. I started to look for electric cars & happened upon a BMW i3. The one I wanted was at ARC - however being electric I had a ton of questions. The owner, Jerry Brockhaus, spent over half an hour on the phone - before he'd even met me face to face - answering all my questions without once asking me to come in. I was pretty much sold based just on the phone call! Unfortunately the first i3 sold before my husband and I could make the trip to KC to look at it - not surprising as ARC lists cars for much lower than any competitors I shopped. For the next 6 weeks Tony, Jerry & Darren sent me multiple photos of i3's they tried to get in for me. They searched & searched - unsuccessful mainly because the demand was growing for the car I wanted. When the Mustang's tags were set to expire they even lent me a dealer's plate so I would not need to register the car for what we hoped would just be a month. Finally they found a car - not exactly what I wanted but it had 90% of my wish-list. Jerry sold it for their price, saving me an additional $1000 since they were unable to make me "completely" happy. Due to travel timelines, Tony came in at 5:30AM on a Friday so I could drop off the Mustang before a 6:30AM flight & then pick up the i3 10 days later. Exceptional customer service all the way around! Have you ever worked with a car dealership that would do all this to sell you the right car at the right price? If not, next time you need to buy a car check our the crew at ARC! I love my car & whole-heartedly recommend ARC Auto Store. More
