I have bought 7 cars from Armotorsports over the last 8 or so years. Everything from a $30k Corvette to a $4k Pontiac Vibe and never had any problems. I know when I buy a used car that it is not going to or so years. Everything from a $30k Corvette to a $4k Pontiac Vibe and never had any problems. I know when I buy a used car that it is not going to be perfect like it rolled off the assembly line. The cars that I've purchased have come with a Carfax report and Armotorsports has shown me work they have had done to the car. The cars I've purchased have had their routine maintenance taken care of so I don't have to worry about anything for a few months. ( Brakes are good to go, oil changed, good tires and all the lights work.) I do a lot of research before I buy a car and know what a fair price should be. Armotorsports seems to sell their cars at a Fair Price and you do get what you pay for. I have even had some service work done by their service department because they do nice work at a fair price. I have referred several family members including my dad and they were very pleased with Armotorsports. Eric B More
These guys were awesome! Steve was the salesman that helped me with my new 04 Honda Element. It's in great condition for an 04 and has low miles! They have CarFaxes for ALL their cars and are fairly priced. When I test drove the Element for the first time, I noticed that it needed an alignment and as soon as I mentioned it they made sure to get it straight to the tire place down the road for an alignment. They gave me half a tank of gas and detailed it for me. They offered me a warranty (or 30 days to decide if I wanted one). This was my first car buying experience and they made it such a good experience. I'd recommend them to anyone! More
Bought 2007 jeep commander. Paid title fee which they didn't forward to tag office, had to pay again with no refund as of yet. 2 days after purchasing vehicle I found it was infested with mice which kept didn't forward to tag office, had to pay again with no refund as of yet. 2 days after purchasing vehicle I found it was infested with mice which kept getting killed in the AC blower motor. Took vehicle back and was told they would take it apart and after they supposedly did they found no electrical issues due to the mice. Now the car shuts on and off and all dashboard lights will flash on an off whether I'm doing 70mph or 2mph or stopped. I was interested in another cheaper vehicle but "convinced" this was a better deal. I think they knew it had issues and I was their fool. I've filed a complaint with the BBB. Horrible place to do business. Angry that I had to give one star! More
Had a great buying experience with this dealership. They have good prices and made sure my car was inspected by their mechanic before I bought the car. In all I can say experience with this dealership was OK. I came in with my father looking for a SUV just extra car to have god forbid any of our regular cars stopped. I've looked for several weeks before we settled on this car. It was clean inside and in a good shape in all. One thing that bothered me is that we had very difficult time trying to negotiate on the prices. They are not very flexible or ready to work out a deal. If I had more time and patience I would probably continue looking elsewhere where I could negotiate the prices little more. More
I would recommend this dealership. Ask for Ralph. I was shopping out of state for used Prius for my son. I placed deposit to hold a vehicle until I could have it inspected and visit in person. Car did no shopping out of state for used Prius for my son. I placed deposit to hold a vehicle until I could have it inspected and visit in person. Car did not pass my performance requirements (I had independent inspection by Ace Auto Inspectors-Ron) and I decided not to purchase. My deposit was refunded in full. I am pleased with the professional and ethical response to my situation. I am pleased with the courtesy and attention to detail by Ralph. I would buy from this dealer in the future. More

The entire experience with this dealership and its so-called sales staff was a joke from the start. In May 2012 we decided to purchase a 2006 Hyundai Tiburon. We picked up the vehicle on 5/14/12 and so-called sales staff was a joke from the start. In May 2012 we decided to purchase a 2006 Hyundai Tiburon. We picked up the vehicle on 5/14/12 and noticed what we thought was a slight slippage in the clutch. We believed that this was a minor issue that could be easily remedied. However, two days after the pickup, the vehicle would no longer move. We had it towed to a local repair shop and after 9 days in the shop and being worked on by numerous certified mechanics we were informed that it was NOT a clutch issue. As a matter of fact, the clutch was in good condition. It was a transmission issue. When we contacted Mr. Prather at AR Motorsports we were told that the repairs would be covered 100% under the 6 month powertrain warranty that came with the purchase. After 2 weeks with no answers and having to pay a bill that was over $800 dollars out of our own pocket, we received a call from Stanley who stated that the owner had agreed to pay $500 toward the repairs. This was after we were first offered a ridiculous $350 (keep in mind that we were already told that the repairs would be covered 100% and then they changed their mind). We agreed to the $500 because if we had to replace the clutch, it would have cost the difference. During the weeks that it took the staff/owner of AR Motorsports to come to a reasonable resolution, my husband and I decided to make a complaint to the BBB regarding the nature of the issue and the way we were treated as customers. When Stanley called me to advise that the owner had agreed to the $500, I was asked how I wanted to receive the money. I advised him that I wanted $350 credited to the 1st payment and requested a check for the balance of $150. This agreement was accepted and I was told I would receive a check within a few days. Two weeks went by with no check so I contacted Stanley. He stated that the check would be cut on the 14th (the day the payment was due). I said ok and waited. I then received a call from Stanley 6/23/12 telling me that my payment was 9 days late. I replied with the agreement that HE had made with us and he told me that the $500 credit was to come off the back end of the loan, not the front end. I told him that the 1st payment had been made with that credit and that I would be sending them $200 for the balance to cover the 2nd payment in July. Stanley also advised me at that time that they would not give any leniency in the future and if payments were late they would repossess. He said that this was because of the "favor" they were doing us and then I was hung up on. Give me a break! July's payment was sent and I believed we were past the issues. However, I received yet another call on July 18th from Brian Prather (and whoever was listening in on speaker phone). This phone call was in regards to our complaint to the BBB. Mr. Prather stated that we had no right to file a complaint against them as they did us a favor by crediting the $500 when they didn't have to. I was told that they would pick up the car or they were no longer going to honor the $500 credit and that it would be added back to the end of the loan. I told them they had screwed around with us since we picked up the vehicle and that they were wrong. Funny part is that they are not even a BBB member. I DO NOT need or wish to be threatened, nor will I tolerate being threatened by anyone from this facility and would NEVER recommend them to anyone. I have purchased many vehicles in my lifetime and this was by far the worst deal in every way. Please people...purchase your next vehicle from a real dealership with real sales associates, not the jerks that run this place! Oh, and one more thing...the vehicle was advertised with cruise control, but Yep! you guessed it...NO CRUISE CONTROL! More
