Worst. Vehicle given with a few gallons of gas left, no biggie but that's just where it starts. Driving off the lot the check engine light came on and come to find out it's a $2000 fix. They knew something was wrong with it when they sold it but apparently money is more important then honesty. We offered to pay (in cash) $200 less than the list price. I wasn't even able to finish my sentence before I was interrupted and shot down. I ended up purchasing a car from AR Motorsports because I loved it too much to pass it up. It was said to be in great condition however a few weeks later, I took the car to be checked out by a car service owned by a close friend. He told me that the tires were the cheapest on the market, and that they were unbalanced by 3 ounces. Seems as if the dealership is dishonest. More

Transmission went out 2 days later Bought a Ram truck and less than 2 days later the transmission was gone. His guy was totally incompetent and after 3 attempts at repairing it, weeks in the shop, lies, an additional $800 spent and dodged phone calls we finally had to take it to a competent repair shop. We will file a lawsuit shortly. More

I noticed a small problem of the engine light was on, Mike assured me that they would look at this before I drove off. I picked up my Van and the light came back on as I left and called Mike about it and he referred me to Victor Cooper and he took the ball and ran to fix it. I was driving the second week after and called Vic about it and he asked me to bring it back and they took care of me. I say this to say that the guys at AR Motor Sports will help even though As Is mean whoever buys it's yours. They still lend a ear to help. Thanks Guys - I will buy from them again. More

I had previously researched a couple of cars on the lot, read some reviews about other's experience with ARM and decided it was worth the visit. I'm as nervous as the next guy in dealing with small lots and most of them don't come with the best reputation. Do yourself a favor and research the car and the place before showing up. Everything about the vehicle's at ARM is online and easy to find with good pictures, Car Fax & Car Story. Once there, I worked with Mike Burns. Mike wasn't the type that drilled me with a bunch of "you're going to love this car" sales pitch and I appreciated that. He handed me the keys, walked me out to the car and let me take my time looking everything over. The car was clean and matched what I had seen online. I wasn't financing the car, so the buying process was easy. Get ready to be told the car is "as is" and there's no warranty about 100 times. Yes, thank you, I get it, but after the 10th time your gut starts to churn because you're thinking, "what did I miss? Is this car going to fall apart as soon as I leave?" Legal stuff. After signing, Mike asked to give him 15 minutes and they would have the car freshened up (Tire Shine!) and it was ready to go. I purchased a 2004 Audi A4, 1.8T. All in all, I'd purchase from them again. More
