My salesman, Oday, was very helpful and friendly, staying in contact with me as I had to wait a week to make a long trip to get to Houston. He went out of his way to pick me up at the airport, and even checked to be sure I arrived home safely that night. He made this deal happen for me, and I can't say enough good things about my experience with Oday. ANF Auto Finance is lucky to have this go-getter salesman. Thanks Oday! More
They are not trustworthy at all!! If you go to AnF you will regret it. The first car I got from AnF had many problems then I went to trade it in for one car and they told me it was in If you go to AnF you will regret it. The first car I got from AnF had many problems then I went to trade it in for one car and they told me it was in the shop so they told me they had a Jeep that was better.. So I said ok and soon as I got the car and drove off the check engine light came on. I call them the next day they promise to take care of me. I took the car back to them they said they fixed the car then I drove off again and the light came on again. The motor started making a ticking noise. I called Allen he first told me to bring the car in two month then I said why would I do that, then he told me bring it Monday morning and he would get me in something else. Monday came I went up there ended up sitting up there from 9am til 8:30pm for Allen to tell me to drive it in the water and claim it on my insurance then after I told him no I’m not that kind of a person he told me to fix it and bring it back. You can’t trust them at all.. I pray God don’t let what happen to me happen to anybody else. It’s really sad they will sale a car they know needs to be fixed... Watch out for Allen, Mike, Miguel or Earl!!! Mrs Kelly is the only one there with a good heart.. More
Selling Bad Cars Company sold my wife and I a 2013 Ford Explorer on 6/2/18. On 6/15/18, the vehicle began overheating and would not run properly. Knowing that we purch Company sold my wife and I a 2013 Ford Explorer on 6/2/18. On 6/15/18, the vehicle began overheating and would not run properly. Knowing that we purchased a used vehicle "As is", I made every attempt I could financially to repair the vehicle. We replaced the thermostat for $315, replaced radiator hoses and o-rings for $465. Now the water pump seal is out. I was told by my local shop mechanic that it is likely they added a sealant to temporarily stop the leak so that they could sell it. To this date, I've spent $3000 on the deposit for the financing, paid two car notes at $492 per note and also paid for two shop repairs totaling $780. Not to mention, I've spend several hundred dollars in the cost of a gallon of antifreeze. I called the financing company and the financing company suggested I speak directly to the dealer. I called the dealer and I was put off for two days, claiming my salesman had a family issue. Finally, the manager got on the phone with me today and claimed he had to escalate this matter with his corporate company out of Germany and it would take up to 48 hours to do so. At this point, yes, I'm very frustrated. He shows zero empathy, care or concern and tells me it's a used car and that I am responsible for it and then he hangs up the phone. Too this day, the vehicle has ran for only 2 weeks since we purchased it. More
Be careful! We are looking for a generation one Porsche Cayenne with a manual transmission. We reached out to ANF Auto Finance about their silver Cayenne (vin:WP1 We are looking for a generation one Porsche Cayenne with a manual transmission. We reached out to ANF Auto Finance about their silver Cayenne (vin:WP1AA29P58LA24154), and wanted to confirm it was a manual, as listed online at Autotrader, Cars, and CarGurus. The next day, Peter Landreth got back to us. We tried to confirm it was a manual, and he told us it is an automatic, and confirmed it. Regardless of reaching out to them about this, this is still listed as a manual. It's sad when dealerships post rare models or features of cars to trick people into coming in, and then "oops, we made a mistake, how about you buy this instead?" I hope this dealership isn't trying to bait and switch people, and I would love to change this review to show they have only the best intentions! More
