Call ALM STL make them aware of the issue and nice young man that answered was nice about trying to get us back. Problem 1. Problem 2 we get back to the dealership make the sales person Gunner aware he really didn’t give 2 sh…ts about it, later to say I told y’all I had to jump it. and y’all shouldn’t cut it off. WOW as I realized I’m in awe with his comment. Problem 3 in price discussion he later stated did I want to walk and ask his manager about the price. What a awful, terrible, get your own jump, we are not coming down a dollar dealership experience. You’ll are new and will not last with your staff except the young man that greeted me on the way in. I need an apology for having to jump your vehicle and the terrible experience of your sales rep. More

Purchased vehicle that they stated was under manufacture warranty. Had engine light on, took it to Subaru. Vehicle had been altered and needed an additional $3,000 worth of work. Beware Beware Beware They have not paid off my trade-in, causing a late fee and a ding on my credit. Told us that our state (IL) required title & tag fees, yet they took that line off during negotiations to causing a late fee and a ding on my credit. Told us that our state (IL) required title & tag fees, yet they took that line off during negotiations to make it appear as though we were getting a better deal. They told us that the lender would cut us a separate check for that, lender told us the dealership has to TELL the lender how much fees are in order to include it in the loan - ALM just didn't want to do the work. Now we owe DMV and have to take out a personal loan on top of our car loan. On one occasion, customer service answered the phone with a mouth full of food, "yeah - hello" only to transfer me to voicemail after voicemail. No call back, and it's been weeks. I've chatted online on the ALM site, emailed multiple people, texted with someone once, and nothing has been resolved. More
This place must be a ghetto clown show. Salesperson never responded backafter speaking to them like other reviewers said. Couldn't get basic questions answered as if they had something to hide but she was a hard sell on shipping the car to me sight unseen (SKETCH). No email response. No text response. Called the local number because their chat was broken and the toll free number goes straight to voicemail. The guy that answered defended the salesperson and said she had been on a two day vacation. lol. I still never got a call back. The car originated in Canada also, so like other reviewers said...warranties and titles may be an issue. No wonder the due diligence never panned out. They are probably just preying on people with the finance game who can't afford to shop around with the professionals in the industry. CHECK THE TITLE HISTORY, ASK TO SEE THE TITLE IN-HAND, AND GET YOUR OWN FINANCING. More
I went to buy a car from this dealership. I test drive many makes and models and was convinced to get the Ford expedition. I left, one key in hand, an envelope in the other. Much to my sur I test drive many makes and models and was convinced to get the Ford expedition. I left, one key in hand, an envelope in the other. Much to my surprise there was no copy of any sale receipt itemizing my sale. After a day if driving I took back to retrieve my trade, still on lot, but was told that wasn't their policy. After 30 days, I still have no title and was informed this was a Canadian vehicle and the extended warranty would not cover it. As well as finally getting a copy of the buyers order and saw a charge of almost $5000, that is still unexplained. More
