My salesman BRIAN WAKEFILED was the best, he worked for me to get all the things I wanted in the deal; as far as interest rate, payments, and even got the value I WANTED for my trade-in. The cars that we looked at were in excellent condition and the sales person from ALM was honest, professional and answered our questions to the best of his ability. The gentleman that we worked with, Alex Dosantos, called us on at least three occasions after the sale to make sure that we were enjoying the car. At the time of purchase there was a small ding on the wheel rim. Since I bought the car used I did not expect ALM to do anything about it. Alex sent their wheel/rim specialist to my office and had Mike Taures (who was also nice and did a great job) repair the wheel at no charge to me. I would highly recommend ALM to anyone who values service, selection, honesty, and price to give ALM a chance. When I need another car that will be the first place that I will go. More
