This was my first purchase using the internet as a resource. It was a hassle free, and unique experience. Steve was able to explain to me the bumper to bumper and powertrain warranty. Other places tried to sell me an extended warranty and I had no clue about warranties. Other places tried to pull my credit when I had financing already established. Steve listened to me and gave me the opportunity to ask questions. I was able to negotiate somewhat and felt I was in control of my decision to buy. He gave outstanding customer service. I would recommend this dealership to my family and friends. More

I showed up at 4:30 PM on a Sunday with no appointment, no prior contact at all, and Jason and Troy worked late to put together a deal for me. I saved $10,000 vs. buying locally -- well worth the drive from the Charlotte area. I left my garage door opener in my trade-in, and Jason hunted it down and mailed it back to me. I'd come to the dealership ready to trade in my paid-off car AND write a check for down payment, but Troy put together a deal where all I had to do was sign the paperwork and drive away -- and I got a 4-year, 48K mile, bumper-to-bumper warranty included in my financing. Really hard to find anything to complain about with these guys. Top quality cars, over the top customer service, and a complete "let's do this thing" attitude. I would definitely recommend this dealer to anyone who is serious about a high-end luxury car and not looking to pay factory dealer prices. Come ready to deal, because these boys are here to do business, not to waste your time! More
