ALM was the only company to accept me being a first time buyer with little or no credit. Every dealer turned me away. ALM gave me a chance. I was looking to get turned down because all the cars were top of the line and I just knew if buy here pay here's turned me down, I was for sure going to get turned down by this company. With no faith left at all I filled out an application and just like that I was approved. I am a first time buyer for anything and most people told me no because I don't have credit. Or they would tell me maybe to a piece of junk. ALM not only told me yes but yes to a luxury car. I'm so glad to have came across such a great car lot. Thanks ALM More
I am glad to be able to write this review for others to read, who are considering a dealership to purchase their next car from. I have bought many cars in my life from various dealerships, both new and us read, who are considering a dealership to purchase their next car from. I have bought many cars in my life from various dealerships, both new and used and as perhaps many of you dealt with what was often, a long and unpleasant experience. However, from the moment I spoke with Rand Hopper over the phone, at Atlanta Luxury Motors in Roswell, GA; to when I was greeted by one of his associates at the front door and introduced to Rand, my experience purchasing my Jaguar was a very pleasant easy one. Rand immediately understood my needs and desires for the car and had it ready to show me, actually pulled up front for me to test drive; even though it was late in the day and allowed me to take all the time I needed with the car to make my decision. Although I had already been approved for a car loan, I had concerns over the short term of the approval as my monthly payments were more than I desired. Rand nicely offered to assist me, he ask just a few simple questions. Within a few minutes, along with the assistance of their in house finance director, Troy; together they were able to obtain my desired payment along with a great interest rate. My entire experience at Atlanta Luxury Motors in Roswell, has been professional and friendly, and I would recommend anyone looking for that exceptional automobile, that you will be proud to drive and own to give them the opportunity to show you just how easy buying the car of your dreams can be. I was in the market for a 2011 7-Series BMW. After very thorough searching I ended up finding ALM Roswell. I called, and the car I asked about was being purchased. BUT, upon my asking if they had any oth thorough searching I ended up finding ALM Roswell. I called, and the car I asked about was being purchased. BUT, upon my asking if they had any others available, salesman Rand Hopper searched and helped me find another that I ended up preferring to the one I originally had called about! He helped secure it for me, as there were several people looking at it. He really helped and fought for the deal. I know that sounds odd, a salesman fighting for you to help you buy something from him, but as they told me, ALM moves about 450 vehicles a month. My BMW 740Li was white on black, which is one of the reasons it was so sought after. Another salesman had a buyer for the vehicle, and that was not good as I was about 400 miles away and the other buyer had cash in hand. I am so thankful Rand was my salesman, because he fought off the other buyer to get the car for me. Once I agreed to purchase, Rand took me over to the GM, David, to process the deal. Again - great guy. After speaking to both of these guys, all of my trepidations were gone. The drive back to Indiana in my new 740Li was the most at peace I think I have ever been. And it purred all the way home like it was right off the line. Both Rand and David are proud, responsible fathers, and they both spoke about their children with a lot of pride. That is actually one of the most important things to me as to how comfortable I am about working with folks when this type of money is involved. I couldn't recommend them enough. Before I went in, I had read all 56 reviews online, and although most were positive, there were a few negative, which scared me a little. Well, I think the negative ones were mostly from people who don't realize the business model these guys are in. They flip inventory, and it goes quickly. If you don't like that fast-paced process, you should go to the manufacturer's dealership and pay 30% more. These guys MUST clear all of the BS out of the conversation and get things taken care of, as that it there business model. At the end of the day, I got an UNBELIEVABLE car, at an even MORE UNBELIEVABLE price. End of story. Great people - I can't say enough regarding how high quality this experience was. More

The price was great for the van I was looking for. The sales associate, Don, really took care of me and made the transaction as smooth as it could be. NO HASSLE at all. The van totally matched the description as advertised in the dealership website. I even took the van on a long roadtrip from Atlanta to Miami and back. No problem with the drive. Very comfortable ride and spacious interior. I would totally recommend this dealership to shop for your next car. They have a huge inventory to check out from. I had been looking for about 2 months and when I stopped in at ALM, I knew I was going to stop shopping. Three weeks later I purchased and. I feel like I got a great deal on my trade-in , a great deal on my new Infiniti M37x and great financing! It was a great car buying experience!! My brother in law purchased a used Mercedes SUV earlier this summer from ALM. He had such a great experience that my fiancé and I drove all the way from Charleston, SC to buy out car from ALM. It took us five hours to drive to the dealership and Even though they were about to close up, Donald stayed and let us test drive cars and talk to us about what we wanted. He emailed us, texted and even called to make sure we had everything we needed before arriving to make the transaction seamless. He was such a pleasure to work with. This was by far the easiest best experience we could have asked for in buying a car! I would recommend not only ALM to anyone looking for the best price, customer service and car buying experience as well as Donald for a Sales rep. He was just FANTASTIC!! Thank you we love our new to us, used car!!!! More
Unlike any dealership I've ever dealth with in 40 years, this dealership does not return a large deposit if you elect to change your mind and cancel your interest on one of their cars. Every dealership gladly returns your deposit in hopes of maintaining a good relationship with their customers. Do not give a deposit to this used car dealership. You will not get it back if you elect to change your mind about buying a car from them!!!!!! More
I recently purchased a vehicle from this used car dealer and overall, I'm very disappointed by their dishonest advertisement details on the internet, dishonesty about listing price on central dispatch for s and overall, I'm very disappointed by their dishonest advertisement details on the internet, dishonesty about listing price on central dispatch for shipping and poor customer service. Every time I placed phone calls, people who work there were not answering professionally or rude over the phone. One of their employees just hung up the phone while I was talking to him once and I was overwhelmed by their unprofessional attitudes. My car was sitting on their lot for 12 days without any arrangement for shipping and the salesman was keep saying that the price was increased to have my car picked up by a driver but I happened to find out from other auto broker that it was still listed for the initial listed amount without any change. I was disappointed so I e-mailed the salesman again to increase the price asap. He said that he will change it right away but it was never changed. I found out from a broker again that it's still listed for the same initial amount after couple of days. I couldn't trust the sales person anymore so I had to arrange it myself for higher price. I finally got my car 18 days after I fully paid for the vehicle and went through inspection with the driver who dropped my car off. I've found many scratches and dings on the exterior which were not disclosed on the ads (The ads described this car as excellent on everything and it has 22" wheel but it was not true) and interior was not even completely cleaned up not like the sales person would do before shipping. It was not completely cleaned or detailed and inside of the trunk was not even vacuumed and the floor mats were dirty, not shampooed well. Most of all, one of the muffler looked damaged so I took the car in and get it lift up and inspected by a muffler mechanic. It was completely damaged even worse than by just looking at it. The part that was connected to the muffler was hanging underneath the car without being stuck into a hole to be secured and the muffler was hit by something and damaged pretty bad. This dealership indicated that they would inspect all of the cars they purchase from lease returns and go through full inspection before they place them for sale but I strongly believe that they didn't even go through repairing the small dings and scratches on the car and I doubt it they did go through full inspection of the car. There were several scratch damages on the rear moon roof glass but it was not disclosed either. I spoke to David C./General Manager over the phone couple of time to fix some issues while my car was sitting there but he wouldn't even try to solve the issues but instead, was being rude over the phone. I felt that it was not worthy to talk to him to fix any issues even if he is the general manager there to handle any issues or problems occur at the dealership. My experience with this dealership was a lot worse than any other dealerships I've dealt with in the past and I would not return to this dealership in the future. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone seriously thinking about purchasing used vehicles. THINK AGAIN AND DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP ! More
