I visited this car sells lot to look at a 2010 Lexus RX 450h which was advertised as being a non-smoker SUV this is not true because there were cigarette burns in the carpet. The SUV was very dirty on the inside "carpet needed shampooing" very bad, just plain dirty. Also the SUV his been wrecked at some point " the back lift gate" had been painted and someone did a VERY BAD JOB ON IT. Over spray on the rubber sealing in the back glass. Over all a very disappointing experience for me after having driving over 200 miles to see it. Was told the SUV was ready to go. NOT TRUE!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!! More

BUYER BEWARE!!! This dealership has excellent inventory and prices, but they lied to me about the features my BMW had. Specifically, the salesman Adam Cooper was dishonest about it having BlueTooth connec and prices, but they lied to me about the features my BMW had. In trying to resolve the issue, I spoke with Cade Ekes in management and Ronnie in service. Not only did they refuse to take care of the problem, but they were very rude in the process, which is simply unnecessary. Now I am left with a BMW that is unsafe to drive and that does not have the options I was told it would have. More

It also helped that he had a very welcoming personality. He answered and tried to explain all of our financial questions in regards to the sale, to the best of his knowledge, before we spoke with the finance manager. We never felt misled. I would recommend the dealer as a whole, to anyone. They also had an incredible selection to choose from. We got what we wanted at a great rate. Great work guys! More

The only negative thing was that my water pump and upper radiator hose had to be replaced just a few days after I purchased my car and knowledgeable.
